Doings at Ti

• Families of persons with mental illness have begun learning basics of brain illnesses, methods of treatment, and ways of better supporting those about whom they care. (See Press Release)

• Ti will be leading a national training of Professionals and Governmental Heads on Community Treatment and Rehabilitation  (See the Press Release)

• Ti has built a new Website to help the dialogue on Recovery (See the Press Release)

• Ti wants to find treatments that work to get people better.  It has started a study to evaluate how well the current treatments it offers work to achieve psychiatric well-being.  A Full Report will come out in the May 2005 Community and Professional Newsletters

• Helping therapists change over to new ways of helping persons with mental illness recover takes time.  Ti has become quite good at this.  A national researcher is currently studying how Ti does it.  We will report on the study in the next issues of the Newsletters
